Arlene Vernon

Dr. Vernon is a board-certified emergency physician and a Fellow of both the American College of Emergency Physicians and the American Academy of Emergency Medicine. As Chief Medical Officer, she provides medical oversight for every Umbrelle service — setting clinical standards, reviewing protocols, and making sure convenience never comes at the cost of safety.

Katie Vernon

Katie is a master’s-prepared nurse practitioner and Certified Emergency Nurse with deep experience in acute and procedural care. As Managing Partner, she leads Umbrelle’s day-to-day practice — delivering care in the field, coordinating each client’s plan, and personally following up on every inquiry.
